ADC Property Management is a full service management company. We are based in Oklahoma and service the Tulsa metropolitan area. We are available to you and your tenants 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We will provide exceptional care for your property and your tenants.

Management fee is 10% of the gross rent
Our management fee is 10% of the gross rent. If your property is not rented, you do not pay. The only out-of-pocket expense to rent your property is the cost of advertisement. We do not charge to negotiate the lease or to show your property. Application fees, background checks, and employment checks are also at no cost to our clients.

Itemization Reports
- Online Reports: You will have access to the client section of this site. Click on Client Demo to take a tour to see the available information and reporting of your property provided to you.
- Hard copies: If requested, we will send you monthly itemization of your properties' activities.
Handle entire process for Section 8
We handle the entire process for Section 8 public housing assistance working with local housing authorities and tenants. We are knowledgeable in the steps taken to ready your property for leasing to Section 8 tenants under government requirements.

We provide timely responses to tenants' request for maintenance. In the event of an emergency, we respond immediately, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Owning our own construction company allows us to keep maintenance expenses to a minimum. Our 25 years of experience in construction keeps us on top of prices. Our goal is to give you the best deal at the lowest price.
Flexible plans to mold to your needs
We are very flexible and can work out a management plan which works best for you. Some of the options you will have:
- We can handle all the maintenance.
- We can call you first then you can do any of the maintenance/repairs you want or choose to use us.
- You may do all of your own maintenance/repairs and we will contact you with what needs to be done.
We will get your approval for any repairs or maintenance needing to be done. Or, we can set a limit of $100, etc. for you to approve. In the event of an emergency, we will make it safe and/or stop any further damage, then contact you.
